Jane Eades: Free School admissions criteria discriminatory?

The proposed Bolingbroke Academy has, according to sponsors ARK, four primary feeder schools. The justification for the new school is that there is no secondary school in the area - ignoring Chestnut Grove School, an "outstanding" school.
