Our son goes to school at Anson Primary School, Brent. This is an excellent local school 10 minutes walk from home, and we were very lucky to get him in there. We very much hope that by the time he is of secondary school age (he is currently 5 and about to enter year 1 in September) there will still be good local secondary schools for him and his younger sister to attend. I believe it is very important for children to walk to school - for health, safety and environmental reasons, and the availability of local schools is vital for this.
